- All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after the payment successfully received.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Buzz Brew Coffee currently ships all across the United States.
Shipping Time
- Estimates delivery all over the United States are 3 - 7 business days
- These delivery does not include order processing time.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping cost is $8 all across the United States.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24 - 48 hours to become active after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
- Buzz Brew Coffee is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, Please contact us info@buzzbrewcoffee.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged products

Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
