How strong is "Seriously Strong," really?
Our roast profile is tuned for a bolder, denser cup than a standard grocery-store dark roast. We recommend using about 2 tbsp of freshly ground coffee per 6oz of water — roughly 25% more than a standard recipe — for the full strength experience.

Is this whole bean or ground coffee?
Every bag ships as whole bean by default for maximum freshness. Grind just before brewing for the strongest, freshest cup.

How fast do you ship?
Orders are roasted and shipped within 48 hours. Free shipping applies to all orders over $35 within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days from the order date, depending on your location.

What if I don't like it?
If it's not the strongest cup in your rotation, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
